Bein & Fushi maintains The Stradivari Society's® collection of instrumental masterworks through its collaboration with John K. Becker, curator of the Society and the foremost restorer and adjuster of the finest rare, antique instruments. The firm also frequently collaborates with the eminent cello restoration expert Russell Wagner of Chicago Celloworks and works closely with John Norwood Lee, maker and restorer of fine bows.

Founded in 1976 by Robert Bein and Geoffrey Fushi, Bein & Fushi is one of the world's premier violin dealers and restorers, selling violins, violas, cellos, and bows ranging from excellent modern instruments to the finest Stradivaris and Guarneri del Gesùs. Bein & Fushi provides reliable expertise, a broad selection of great instruments, and world-class workshops. The company's international clientele includes many of the world's most distinguished musicians.

Geoffrey Fushi is recognized as an expert on the tonal qualities of stringed instruments. He has focused on working very closely with artists, important pedagogues, and talented students as well as top experts on recorded sound. The late Robert Bein was one of the world's leading authorities on the accurate identification and cataloging of old instruments and bows and the authentication of rare stringed instruments.

The firm also offers financial support in the form of scholarships and competition awards to several acclaimed organizations that give educational and performance opportunities to young musicians.
